How do I close my account?

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to close your account without it reopening by itself, you can do so directly through your account settings:

  1. Navigate to Menu.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Gaming Limits.

  4. Click on Close account.

Taking a break - Self-Exclusion

If you don't want to close your account permanently but need some time away, we offer two responsible gaming tools:

  • Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or indefinitely. Your account reopens automatically after this time. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or play.

To set these up, when logged into your account, go to Menu → Settings → Gaming Limits → Self-exclusion.

Why has my account been closed involuntarily?

If you cannot access your account and did not close it yourself, it may be due to:

  • Verification Requirements: We may need updated documents from you.

  • Security Checks: We may have detected unusual activity.

  • Inactivity: You haven't logged in for a significant period.

  • Failed Login Attempts: Multiple incorrect password attempts will trigger a temporary lock for your protection.

What to do next: Please check your registered email inbox. We usually send a message explaining the closure and the next steps. If you don’t see an email, let us know and we would be happy to investigate for you!
