How do I participate in a tournament?
Check the relevant tournament on the tournament page.
Click Join Now to register.
Once registration is complete, the button will change to Entry Complete.
Play the eligible games.
The tournament page provides information about ongoing tournaments, participation methods, rules, eligible games, leaderboards, and more.
Depending on the tournament, you may be able to participate via the eligible game icon or from within the game.
Do games played before opting in count?
No. Only game rounds played after opting in will count towards your tournament score.
Where can I check the eligible games and minimum bet amount?
Please check the information and Terms & Conditions for each tournament for the eligible games, minimum valid bet amount, minimum valid number of spins or game rounds, tournament period, and other details.
If multiple games are eligible, you can combine the eligible games when playing.
If an eligible game has a higher minimum bet amount than the tournament setting, the game’s minimum bet amount will apply.
If you do not meet conditions such as the minimum bet amount or minimum number of plays, your results may not be reflected in the score.
Do games played with bonus funds count?
No. Only bets placed using regular cash funds count towards the tournament.
Any contribution from PlayJumbo is paid in cash but does not count towards the tournament requirements or the bet amount.
How are rankings and scores determined?
Scoring methods vary by tournament. The main methods include:
Number of rounds: Ranked by the number of rounds played on eligible games.
Bet amount: Ranked by the total amount wagered.

The display name shown on the leaderboard is the Display name/Username registered to your account.
My score or ranking has not been updated on the leaderboard
Leaderboard updates may be delayed. Please wait a while and check again later.
Depending on the tournament, only the top-ranking players may be displayed.
If your score or ranking is not displayed, please check the following:
Whether you have completed the opt-in
Whether you played after opting in
Whether you played an eligible game
Whether you played using a cash balance
Whether you met conditions such as the minimum bet amount or minimum number of plays
Whether you played during the tournament period
When and how will the prize be credited?
The prize will normally be credited automatically to your account within 24 hours after the tournament ends.
The prize type, eligible recipients, and applicable conditions may vary depending on the tournament and brand. If you cannot find the prize, please first check Transactions in your account.
Are there any wagering requirements for the prize?
The wagering requirements for the prize are as follows.
