Deposits & Withdrawals with Multiple Currencies

Understanding how to move funds in and out of your different currency wallets and how account limits apply across both.

How deposits and withdrawals work

Transactions are always tied to your Active Wallet. Additionally, the visibility of transactions depends on the active wallet's currency display. Ensure that the wallet is set to the correct currency to view the corresponding transactions.

  • If you want to deposit or withdraw USD, you must select the USD wallet from the Cash Balance dropdown before starting the transaction.

  • There is no internal transfer function. You cannot move funds directly from your USD wallet to your local currency wallet inside the system. Funds deposited in one currency will only be visible when the wallet for that specific currency is active.

Checking supported payment methods

Payment methods (like specific e-wallets or cards) may only work with certain currencies. To check if your preferred method is supported:

  1. Go to the Deposit page.

  2. Select the currency you wish to use from the dropdown.

  3. The list of payment icons below will automatically update.

Note: If a payment method disappears when you switch currencies, it means that provider does not support the selected currency.

Troubleshooting Missing Deposits or Bonuses

If deposits or bonus funds do not appear in your wallet balance, it may be due to a mismatch between the wallet currency and the currency in which the funds were credited. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify the Wallet Currency: Ensure that your wallet is set to the currency in which the funds were credited.

  2. Switch Wallet Display: Locate the currency indicator on the main screen, tap it to open the wallet selection menu, and select the correct currency.

  3. Check Transaction History: Confirm that the deposit or bonus was successfully credited.

  4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to customer support for assistance.

Can I switch funds from one currency to another?

To move money from USD to your local currency (or vice versa), you must complete a "manual" transfer:

  1. Withdraw the funds from Wallet A to your payment method (e.g., bank or card).

  2. Switch your active wallet on the site to Wallet B.

  3. Deposit the funds back into the account using Wallet B.

Fees and Limits

  • Fees: We do not charge a specific fee for changing your deposit currency.

  • Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are calculated based on your total account activity. They do not apply to each currency individually.

How do Limits work with multiple wallets?

Your limits (such as Deposit Limits or Withdrawal Limits) apply to your entire account value, regardless of which wallet you use. We calculate the combined value of your activity against a single limit.

Example: If you have a Deposit Limit of 100 USD:

  • Single Currency: You will hit the limit if you deposit 100 USD or if you deposit equivalent amount in another currency.

  • Mixed Currency: If you deposit 50 USD (half your limit) and then try to deposit the equivalent amount in another currency (the other half), you will hit the limit.

Both currencies adjust the limit simultaneously, ensuring you never exceed your total set amount.
