Your account details help keep your account secure and running smoothly.
In this section, you’ll find where to view your information and how to request updates to your contact details and preferences.

Some details can be updated instantly, while others require additional checks to protect your account.


Your account information

Your account information includes your personal details and contact information linked to your profile.

Where to find your account details/settings

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Open Account Details

  3. Select Personal Details to review or edit your information

You’ll see the information currently registered on your account.


Updating your contact details

Because contact details are used to confirm account ownership, not all changes can be made directly.

Some updates require a manual review to ensure your account remains protected.

Changing your email address

For security reasons, email address changes cannot be completed directly from your account.

How to request an email address change

To update your email address, send an email from your new address and include the information below so ownership can be confirmed:

  • Your current email address

  • A valid ID document (front and back)

  • A selfie holding your ID

  • Your date of birth

  • Your postcode

Once all details are reviewed and verified, the email address linked to your account can be updated.

This process helps prevent unauthorised changes to sensitive account information.

Checking your current number

To see the phone number currently registered to your account, log in and navigate to Account Details > Personal Details.

How to update your number

For security reasons, phone numbers cannot be updated manually in your profile or via live chat. To request a change, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email from the email address currently registered to your account.

  2. Send the request to our support team.

  3. Include your new phone number and a brief request to update it.

Why do I need to email? This process ensures the request is coming directly from the account owner. Once our team has reviewed your request, we will provide an update via email.


Updating your residential address

Residential address updates are available from your account settings, unless verification is currently in progress.

How to update your home address on your account

  1. Go to Account Details → Personal Details

  2. Enter your new residential address

  3. Select Save Changes

If the address field is unavailable, your account is undergoing verification.

In this case, your existing address must be confirmed before any changes can be made.

Once verification is completed, the address field will be unlocked.


Updating the name on your account

To change the name on your account, please email us from the email address registered to your account. The email must contain:

  • The reason for change

  • Reason for the discrepancy in your registered information

  • The current name on the account and the name you wish to update it to

  • A valid ID document (front and back)

  • A selfie holding your ID


Managing your communication preferences

You can decide whether or not you receive promotional and marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails

  1. Go to Account Details → Subscriptions

  2. Select “I do not wish to be contacted about any offers and promotions”

  3. Save your settings

Your preference will be applied immediately.


Important things to keep in mind

  • Keep your account details accurate and up to date

  • Make sure your information matches your official documents

  • Some updates may be unavailable while verification is in progress
